Job summary

Concord Room in Downtown Toronto is hiring a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will keep dishes, cookware, and utensils clean and ready for service, while maintaining high sanitation standards in a busy restaurant environment.

Working closely with the culinary team, you’ll help keep the dish pit organized and support routine food prep tasks as needed. The role includes regular shifts, with opportunities for growth within our expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized during service.
• Operate the dish machine safely and report issues to management.
• Assist with routine kitchen tasks and help maintain overall cleanliness.
