Job summary

Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality in Toronto is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our Back of House team in a high-volume dining venue. You will operate dishwashers, clean glassware and utensils, and help maintain a spotless work area in a fast-paced setting.

Wage is 19–21 CAD per hour. Candidates should be legally eligible to work in Canada and demonstrate strong attention to detail, motivation, and teamwork to ensure smooth service at Cirrus and other O&B spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as dishwasher or similar role is an asset.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to take direction and stay calm under pressure.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers efficiently.
• Wash glassware and flatware.
• Polish all glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts and racks.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products.
• General dish area maintenance including sweeping, mopping and garbage removal.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
Under the direction of the Back of House Management Team, our dishwashers clean and put away all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and dish machines.
THE DAY TO DAY:

• Operate dishwashers efficiently.
• Wash glassware and flatware.
• Polish all glassware and flatware.
• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts and dish racks.
• Assist in receiving and stocking supplies/products.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products.
• General dish area maintenance including: sweeping, mopping, organization and garbage removal.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment an asset.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
