Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts at RED Mountain in British Columbia, Canada, is seeking a Dishwasher to join the Kitchen Team for the winter season.

This seasonal, part-time role offers a hourly wage of 18.50 CAD, flexible scheduling, and benefits such as RRSP matching and discounts with Crescent-managed properties and Marriott properties globally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Break down the dish machine and clean the area inside and out.

• Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

As a Dishwasher, you would be responsible to clean, transport and store all china, glassware, cooking equipment / utensils and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisles, and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure dishwasher temperatures and chemicals are monitored.
• Use the deep hand-washing system as required.
• Break down trays, set up the dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glassware, and silverware using proper procedures.
• Return all cleaned and sanitized items to their assigned areas.
• Empty trash cans and wash the inside and outside of each can.
• Thoroughly clean the dock area and dumpster.
• Break down the dish machine and clean the inside and outside.
• Clean tile walls, floors, and baseboards.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
