Job summary

Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to wash dishes, pots and utensils, and help keep the kitchen clean during busy shifts in Lethbridge.

You will assist with stocking, support other departments as needed, and ensure timely dishwashing in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and cutlery; maintain dishwashing areas.
• Empty kitchen and deli garbage; sweep and mop floors.
• General cleanup and maintenance of the kitchen area.
• Assist in putting stock away when needed; routine duties.
• Occasionally assume porter duties as directed by managers.
• Other duties as assigned by Department Managers.

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, pots, cutlery, changing dish machine chemicals, maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen and on occasion assuming other roles, such as a Porter.

Job Duties

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying kitchen and deli garbage
• General clean up and maintenance of kitchen
• On occasion, assist in putting stock away

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• A team player who is willing to learn new skills

• Able to maintain security clearance
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends
