• Clean and sanitize all kitchen and dining area equipment and utensils, including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and glasses.
• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s cleanliness standards before returning to service.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the kitchen manager.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
