Job summary

Fiorenza’s Italian Restaurant in Fairmont Hot Springs is hiring for a kitchen/restaurant support role. The job requires basic English, and no prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Work is to be performed at the restaurant location with no remote option.

The position runs from 15 April 2027 to 31 October 2027. Starting pay is 18.25 CAD per hour. Housing assistance is available on-site near the restaurant.

• Work must be done at the physical location; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Load buspans and trays.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
