Job summary

Fiorenza’s Italian Restaurant in Fairmont Hot Springs, BC, is seeking staff to support dishwashing and general kitchen duties from April 15, 2027 to October 31, 2027. Basic English is required; no formal education or experience is necessary as on-the-job training is provided. Work must be performed on-site at the restaurant location in Fairmont Hot Springs.

Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada. Housing assistance on site is available near the job location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Place dishes in storage area.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• Package take-out food.
• Portion and wrap foods.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Take customers’ orders.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
