Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniques.
• Willingness to learn on the job and strong work ethic.
• Proficient with mobile devices and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication and positive team attitude.
• Valid full class driver's license and clean driving record.
• Safety certifications and fit test.
• Able to work on rotating on-call schedule.
• Able to lift, climb, and use PPE including respirators and safety footwear.

Responsibilities

• Load the truck and gear up for site visits.
• Clear debris, set up equipment, and assist with demolition or cleanup.
• Learn from experienced teammates and master trade tools.
• Help keep projects on track and ensure site safety.
