Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniques.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication skills and a positive team attitude.
• Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract.
• Fit test and other safety certifications.
• Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• As a Labourer, you’ll be right in the action, helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts.
• Assemble and load equipment, gear up, and travel to sites where every job varies.
• You may clear debris, assist with demolition or cleanup, and support safe project execution.
