Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the identification, planning, development, administration, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of existing and new programmes and activities that meet the needs of the community.
- Network and liaise with relevant organizations, including schools, family service centres, grassroots organisations, and other agencies in promoting the Centre’s services and monitor service delivery.
- Work with the Executive Director to plan and prepare the annual financial budget for the Centre and track budget utilization.
- Prepare reports and write minutes for CAS Melrose Care Sub-Committee and, when required, for CAS Executive Committee as well as for essential meetings with MSF, NCSS, and related parties.
- Provide direction, supervision, and guidance to the multidisciplinary clinical team and ensure compliance with regulations and administrative procedures. This includes holding internal team supervision and multidisciplinary team consultation (with appointed external experts) regularly, as well as ensuring that KPIs are met.
Job Functions as Member of CAS Management Team :
- Undertake the responsibility of ensuring that operations of Melrose Care are in line with the organisation's direction.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CAS culture among team members through the implementation of HR, Finance, and other policies.
- Work collaboratively with other heads of CAS services and departments to advance the charity's vision.
- Lead or participate in organisation-wide projects or programmes as assigned by the Executive Director.
- Collaborate with the sub-committee on matters related to financial prudence and overall governance of the service, fulfilling its mandate as a community service funded by Community Chest.
