Do you have great experience in navigating multiple unionized landscapes, providing strategic HR and labor relations support to multi-level stakeholder groups, ensuring proactive problem solving, championing best practices, and ensuring regulatory compliance? POSITION OVERVIEW
As an HR Client Partner, you will advise, coach, and support management personnel in the management of human resources related operations, including but not limited to: employee and labor relations issues, interpretation of various employment/legal documentation, creation and delivery of training/development material, cross-functional HR team support, recruitment/selection process, attendance and return-to-work matters, including Duty to Accommodate.
