Job summary

TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Claims and Disability Management lead to oversee WSIB, STD, and return-to-work programs across all TFT locations. You will coordinate medical information, manage claims, and partner with HR, insurers, and medical professionals to optimize outcomes.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to travel between TFT locations and support multiple shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma/GED required; post-graduate credential in HR/OSHA asset.
• 3+ years in disability management, WSIB, claims management or related field.
• Working knowledge of OHSA, WSIB policies and procedures, and applicable legislation.
• Experience with STD processes, benefit plans, medical documentation, attendance management.
• Experience coordinating return-to-work and accommodation plans.
• Ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of disability and claims management across TFT locations.
• Act as primary contact for WSIB, STD, workplace injuries, and accommodations.
• Provide consistent claims practices and guidance to HR and safety teams.
• Communicate with insurers, medical professionals, and stakeholders.
• Monitor claims trends, costs, and return-to-work outcomes, and report.
• Support health & safety initiatives and maintain confidential records.
