Are you a healthcare professional or business graduate passionate about guiding individuals through challenging health journeys?

Adecco is currently seeking Disability Case Managers to join a dynamic and compassionate team that supports Canadians on their path to better health and sustainable recovery. In this remote role, you will manage disability claims while supporting regional offices in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. Your work will blend clinical insight, data-driven decision-making, and empathetic communication to help clients regain control of their lives. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role, offering $42 per hour. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference-while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

  • Pay rate : $42 / hour.
  • Location : Remote
  • Shifts : Monday-Friday | MST hours
  • Job type : 6 - month contract with possibility of becoming permanent| Full-time

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and adjudicate disability claims (short-term, long-term, and salary continuance) with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to develop and monitor effective return-to-work plans.
  • Apply crisis intervention and rehabilitation strategies to support clients in regaining functional ability.
  • Evaluate medical and non-medical information to assess return-to-work readiness.
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and monitor recovery trends.
  • Maintain empathetic communication with clients, ensuring support is consistent and compassionate.

Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology, or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in insurance sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of case management experience.
  • Comfort using digital platforms and case management systems.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Previous frontline healthcare experience (e.g. nursing, OT, physiotherapy, or mental health support).
