Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto is seeking a Transformation Delivery lead for an 18-month contract to implement the GRECS operating model. You will drive governance, readiness, and provider mobilization across multiple functions, ensuring accountability and timely decisions while aligning with risk controls and client outcomes.

The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement and change leadership, with experience on both client and provider sides as assets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience on the service provider side, or with client/provider perspectives, is an asset.
• Strong relationship management across GRECS, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, Communications and regional teams.
• Strong analytical, planning, judgment, communication, influencing and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Real Estate, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, supplier governance, service level management and third-party risk management is an asset.
• PMP, Prosci/Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, CPA, MBA or equivalent credentials are assets.

Responsibilities

• Translate transformation priorities into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, governance routines, executive reporting and decision-making forums.
• Coordinate delivery across GRECS, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technology, TPRM, HR, Communications, regional teams and the selected provider.
• Lead implementation of the retained GRECS operating model, including accountabilities, decision rights, governance interfaces, process redesign and service delivery handoffs.
• Establish transformation governance, escalation paths, performance routines and issue management disciplines.
• Coordinate readiness across people, process, technology, data, supplier, risk, controls, communications and business stakeholder dimensions.
