Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Director of Product Management for Global Transaction Banking to lead tokenized payments readiness and digital cash enablement for corporate and institutional clients. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, digital assets or related capital markets.
• Degree or diploma in business or accounting; Product Management certification preferred.
• Strong product, technology and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision for tokenized payments readiness and digital cash enablement across corporate clients.
• Shape target-state architecture, use cases and readiness roadmap with cross‑functional partners.
• Coordinate delivery across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and external partners.
• Expand product capabilities and drive strategic initiatives in major jurisdictions.
