SYSTRA Canada is looking for a senior Systems Assurance leader to provide strategic technical oversight for safety certification, RAMS, and system integration across major rail/transit projects. You will guide engineering governance, IV&V, and approvals across multiple subsystems and delivery partners.

The role requires P.Eng. in good standing, 10+ years of related experience, and strong leadership with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in good standing with PEO.
10+ years' progressive engineering infrastructure experience, including senior leadership in systems assurance for rail/transit.
Strong knowledge of RAMS, safety certification, IV&V, Testing & Commissioning and lifecycle processes.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for Systems Assurance across the Lakeshores portfolio.
Govern end-to-end V-model lifecycle through design, IV&V, testing, commissioning and handover.
Oversee integration across ATS, CBTC, SCADA, trackside infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Lead risk and hazard management, hazard logs, FMECA and risk analysis in support of safety certification.
Ensure rolling stock, signalling, traction power and transit systems are safely designed and integrated per RAMS requirements.
