Job summary
CR Plastic Products is seeking a Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships to lead strategy, relationships, and growth across key accounts in Canada. Based in Stratford, Ontario, the role focuses on Costco leadership, expanding Amazon presence, and balancing retail partners with product development and manufacturing capabilities.
The candidate will work with Product Development, Marketing, Operations and Finance to translate market insights into differentiated offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience shaping strategy and leading high-value customer relationships.
- Direct experience managing and growing Costco relationships is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of revenue and margin growth in durable goods.
- Strong understanding of pricing, costing, budgeting and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Own the Costco strategy, relationship and multi-year growth plan.
- Lead negotiations, line reviews, and annual planning with key customers.
- Expand distribution and assortments while delivering revenue and margin growth.
- Scale Amazon as a meaningful growth channel to complement retail.
- Provide strategic direction to brokers supporting Canadian accounts.
- Align customer commitments with operational capacity and product development timelines.
