We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Strategic Partnerships to build, lead, and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue growth and expands market reach. In this senior leadership role, you will shape partnership strategy, develop repeatable operating models, and turn strategic relationships into measurable business results. You will lead a team of three while strengthening relationships with technology partners, ecommerce platforms, agencies, and complementary software providers. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth, generate pipeline, and expand market presence.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three partnership professionals, setting strategic priorities, defining objectives, allocating resources, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Build and implement a scalable partnership playbook covering partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, joint go-to-market activities, deal registration, and performance management.

  • Define partner segments, commercial models, operating processes, and success metrics to support programme growth.

  • Manage and optimize existing partnerships by assessing engagement, performance, and commercial contribution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, reactivate inactive relationships, and increase partner-generated pipeline and revenue.

  • Develop joint business plans with strategic partners, establishing clear pipeline, revenue, and growth targets.

  • Represent the organization in strategic partner discussions, industry events, conferences, and relevant ecosystem communities.

  • Gather market intelligence, partner feedback, and emerging opportunities to inform commercial and product strategies.

  • Build a culture of shared accountability, positioning partnerships as a measurable channel for revenue and business growth.

  • Regularly review partnership performance and recommend where to invest, improve, restructure, or discontinue relationships.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen partner engagement and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Leverage partner portals and supporting tools to improve deal registration, referral tracking, reporting, and partner visibility.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue contribution, conversion rates, and overall programme performance.

  • Continuously refine partnership strategies and processes to improve productivity, engagement, and commercial results.

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, alliances, or related commercial roles within B2B SaaS or the technology sector.

  • Proven success building and scaling partnerships that generate measurable pipeline, revenue, and business growth.

  • Experience developing relationships with technology partners, ecommerce platforms, agencies, system integrators, or complementary software providers.

  • Strong understanding of partner-led and partner-assisted go-to-market models, including referrals, co-selling, integrations, and joint marketing.

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and designing partnership models that create value for all parties.

  • Track record of collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership teams to deliver commercial outcomes.

  • Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to evaluate partnership economics, prioritize opportunities, and measure return on investment.

  • Experience building partner programmes, enablement frameworks, performance metrics, and scalable operating processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and translate strategy into execution.

  • Leadership capabilities, including team development, strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
