This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing partner network, influence business strategy, and make a tangible impact in an innovative, fully remote international environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage relationships with strategic growth partners, implementing agreed-upon partnership plans, account mapping strategies, engagement initiatives, and pipeline development objectives.

  • Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring consistent communication, operational support, and effective collaboration.

  • Lead the development and ongoing management of the partner program and partner portal, including program tiers, engagement strategies, and operational improvements.

  • Coordinate partner enablement initiatives, including training sessions, certifications, educational content, resources, and activities that help partners effectively promote and deliver solutions.

  • Organize and execute joint marketing initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, partner events, and on-site activities, in collaboration with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.

  • Oversee technology partnerships, working closely with Product and technical stakeholders to strengthen integrations and strategic collaboration.

  • Monitor partner performance against established partnership plans, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure progress toward pipeline and revenue objectives.

  • Track partner-generated pipeline, revenue attribution, program performance, and return on investment (ROI).

  • Coordinate with Finance to validate partner incentives, referral fees, and payout processes.

  • Ensure every contracted partner has an active partnership plan and that all active partners complete the latest required certifications.

  • Drive partner-generated business opportunities, contributing to an annual pipeline generation target of $800K.

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in partner management, channel partnerships, ecosystem development, or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS and enterprise technology environments.

  • Proven experience building, developing, or scaling partner programs, processes, and systems that improve partner engagement and business performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate partner-sourced sales pipeline through effective partnership strategies and optimized operational processes.

  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of partners with varying strategic priorities, growth potential, and business objectives.

  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and account planning skills, with the ability to develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Excellent project management and execution capabilities, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives independently and manage competing priorities.

  • Experience monitoring partner performance, pipeline attribution, business metrics, and program ROI.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and technical teams.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset, combined with strong organizational skills and the ability to take ownership of initiatives.

  • Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

  • Experience working toward defined pipeline generation or Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets is considered an asset.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package designed to reward experience and contribution.

  • 100% remote work environment, with opportunities for candidates based in Canada.

  • Full-time employee position within a distributed international team.

  • Open Paid Time Off (PTO) policy available after the first 90 days of employment.

  • Generous allocation of locally recognized company-paid holidays.

  • Annual company-funded training and professional development opportunities.

  • Collaborative, diverse, and supportive team environment.
