Job summary

LRO Staffing is seeking a hands-on Head of Product Partnerships to lead partner facing products and integrations in Toronto. You will own initiatives from discovery through launch and beyond, reporting to the CEO.

You will build and lead a small team, manage key institutional partnerships, and ensure contracts are met while driving adoption and engagement on the company's AI-native platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands on product management or partner product experience, taking partner facing products and integrations from discovery through launch.
• Experience writing and owning product requirements and working closely with engineering to deliver them.
• A track record of improving adoption and engagement after launch using product analytics, user feedback and iteration.
• Experience owning a few large institutional partnerships end to end, ideally in strategic partnerships or partner product at a regulated fintech or financial services company.
• Sound judgment on partner economics and whether a partnership is worth the product investment.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders at large institutions while moving quickly in a small, fast paced team.
• Experience hiring and leading people, or a clear vision for the roles you would hire first.
• Please note: sales, channel, business development and commercialization focused backgrounds are not the right fit for this role.

• Make a small number of key institutional partnerships successful, deepening existing relationships and adding new partners where the product fit is strong
• Identify the roles needed, then hire and lead a small team with clear scorecards and measurable goals
• Maintain contractual commitments and keep existing partners happy and healthy

Our client, a well established and profitable Canadian company, is looking for a hands on, product first Head of Product Partnerships to join their team in Toronto! The business is transforming into an AI native technology company and growing quickly, with digital platforms that reach millions of people every month. This role is ideal for a product leader who loves building partner facing products and integrations, owns them from discovery through launch, and keeps improving them long after go live. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will make a few key institutional partnerships truly successful inside the company's platform and build the team that delivers them.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Own partner facing products and integrations end to end, from discovery and requirements through launch

About the Job

• This is a hybrid role located in Downtown Toronto, ON, with about 3 days a week in office
• Competitive base salary of $170,000 to $190,000 plus a performance bonus, with total compensation of $230,000 to $250,000 based on experience
• Reports directly to the CEO
