Job summary

Manitobah is seeking an experienced Director of eCommerce to lead our Shopify Plus storefronts for Canada, the US, and wholesale. You will manage a small team and coordinate with external agencies to ensure a seamless, on-brand customer journey and strong performance.

You will own the go-to-market process for launches, optimize merchandising and CRO, and report key metrics to senior leadership. This hybrid role requires reporting to our Winnipeg HQ and a passion for purpose-driven brand growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in eCommerce management.
• Hands-on Shopify/Shopify Plus store experience is required.
• Experience owning eCommerce budgets and tooling spend.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Manitobah's Shopify storefronts (DTC Canada/US) and B2B portal.
• Oversee end-to-end product upload: setup, classification, tagging, imagery, pricing and publishing.
• Develop product taxonomy; structure collections, tags, filters and search for discovery.
• Execute on-site merchandising to improve AOV, cross-sell and bundles.
• Lead GTM for new launches, seasonal drops and promos.
• Own CRO program; maintain testing roadmap to improve conversions and AOV.
• Own ecommerce performance reporting and budget tracking; report to SVP.
