Atlantic Packaging is seeking a Director of Planning & Inventory to lead Ontario’s corrugated planning function, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans for sustainable growth. You will mentor managers, set best practices, and drive forecasting accuracy, machine utilization, and inventory efficiency across production, procurement, and distribution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management, including 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading S&OP/IBP processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee S&OP/IBP process development and execution across demand, capacity and financial plans.
• Direct inventory strategy to balance service levels and working capital.
• Oversee supply planning and production scheduling alignment with capacity and lead times.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning team of managers and analysts.
• Partner with Sales and Performance teams to maximize demand forecasting for capacity planning.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate and on-time delivery.
