The Director of Planning & Inventory will lead the Ontario Corrugated team’s supply and inventory planning function to ensure customers receive their desired product at the service level they expect. Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain & Strategy, this role is critical for building organizational planning capability to support sustainable, profitable growth. It ensures alignment between business strategy and operational execution across production, procurement, and distribution.
The Director of Planning & Inventory leads a team of managers, planners and analysts with a focus on driving structure, establishing best practices for planning tools and processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, machine utilization, inventory efficiency, and overall supply chain responsiveness.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and leadership skills, deep expertise in demand and supply planning methodologies, and a track record of driving results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
