Job summary

This role requires 7+ years of experience, a post-secondary degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert product knowledge.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales results for designated products being sold through internal channels by improving product knowledge and customer needs conversations.
• Provides training and coaching to optimize sales and channel performance.
• Supports national and regional programs to drive overall business growth.
• Gathers and shares insights about product, processes, and client experience to improve market offer.
• Leads development of training support programs and tools for the entire sales force.
• Evaluates customer feedback and informs product managers to enhance features and pricing strategies.
