As a member of CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology team, the Director, Project Management, is a seasoned professional in leadership and coaching responsible for providing application delivery services, undertaking new initiatives, and delivering on key payments applications. The role applies leadership skills and technical expertise to manage and support large applications daily, lead internal change initiatives, and ensure operational excellence. The Director manages relationships with internal partners, maintains business communications, and oversees application and infrastructure operations in production, adhering to standards and governance. The role also drives innovation and applies interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
