As a member of CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology team, the Director, Project Management, is a seasoned professional responsible for providing application delivery services, undertaking new initiatives, and delivering key payments applications. The role applies leadership skills and technical expertise to manage large and critical applications daily, lead internal change initiatives, and support ongoing operations in line with operational standards, vendor governance, and business needs. The Director drives innovation across responsibilities, utilizing interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
