Position Summary:

You will drive the success of your products. As a leader of Product Managers, you will work alongside other Product Directors and report to the Senior Director of Product Management. Your main responsibility is to own the performance and evolution of multiple Product Clouds, currently including Safety and Quality, with responsibilities adaptable as needed.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Guide, mentor, manage, and direct the success of your Product Managers and their products
  2. Envision, define, and execute the roadmap for your Product Clouds
  3. Be accountable for the business goals of your Product Clouds
  4. Define and refine processes related to product management
  5. Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Directors to develop and execute strong product development processes
  6. Support and resolve escalations related to product development priorities and commitments
  7. Assist Sales and Marketing in advancing their product portfolios
  8. Participate in the Senior Leadership Team to provide updates and shape company direction
  9. Report periodically to the Executive team on the status of your product portfolio

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 10+ years of SaaS experience
  3. 5+ years as a subject matter expert in Safety (highly desired)
  4. Experience managing staff (highly desired)
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. Ability to analyze issues, problem-solve, and suggest innovative solutions
