Job description

Andgo is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Product to cover a maternity leave until September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role and drive our product strategy and execution during a critical period of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead our product strategy, drive innovation, and shape the future of our Healthcare SaaS solutions.

What you’ll do

Strategic Product Leadership

  • Champion and communicate our product vision and strategy, translating it into a clear and actionable roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Define and prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
  • Oversee successful roadmap delivery and guide the scaling of product operations and processes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer needs, ensuring the product team acts as a central hub for understanding and communicating those needs.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top-tier product talent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Andgo (Engineering, CX, GTM, Finance/HR).
  • Build strong relationships with the Customer Experience team to enhance adoption, drive retention, and foster loyalty.
  • Partner closely with the Go-to-Market team to gather market feedback and ensure successful product positioning.
  • Iterate on frameworks for clear communication of the roadmap, strategy, and releases.

Product Management & Execution

  • Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with Engineering, CX, and GTM teams for seamless development and launches.
  • Address strategic challenges, guide product process expectations, and promote simple, iterative solutions.
  • Ensure the product team maintains product scorecard, responding appropriately to changing data.
  • Report key metrics to the Senior Leadership Team.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Effectively communicate product discoveries, decisions, releases, status, and roadmap to internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key enterprise healthcare customers to understand their evolving needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on product strategy and industry best practices.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive Product Management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • End-to-end product lifecycle experience, from strategy and discovery to execution and iteration.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B enterprise healthcare market dynamics in the United States and Canada.
  • Strong experience managing B2B Enterprise SaaS products from inception to enhancement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS product development methodologies and agile principles.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments (startup to mid-size).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration); Master's preferred.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
  • Understanding of the US and Canadian healthcare landscape.
  • Experience in healthcare technology and/or staffing/scheduling.
  • Familiarity with Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) framework.
