Loopio is looking for an experienced Director, Product Management who can lead a key team within our product management practice. Reporting to the VP, Product Management, this leader will oversee the entire lifecycle of a portion of our product, ensuring delivery of innovative, customer-centric solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys a mix of strategy and hands-on product management, and has a proven track record in AI-based product innovation, scaling B2B SaaS products, especially in sales-tech.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Vision & Strategy: Lead with an inspiring vision, develop a strategy and roadmap for your team, and plan capabilities to achieve this vision.
2. Product Delivery: Set goals and ensure effective delivery of high-impact outcomes using best practices.
3. Data-informed Decision Making: Define success metrics, leverage data, and support continuous evolution of strategy and customer impact measurement.
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Product Managers to build high-performing teams.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across departments to align efforts and build trust.
6. Customer Engagement: Regularly meet with customers and prospects to align product vision with customer needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in leadership managing other Product Managers.
• Extensive experience with customer-facing B2B SaaS products, preferably in sales-tech and RFP/proposal space; knowledge management, content management, search, and enterprise collaboration experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML products, especially leveraging LLMs and building AI Agents.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with a history of delivering value.
• Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills and a customer-focused approach.
