What You’ll Be Doing

You will be joining the Core Banking and Payments Technology team. As a Director, Production Operations Support, you will lead a team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the operation of the group’s applications in the production environment. Additionally, you will work with clients and users to provide exceptional communication, service, and reliability. This role requires on-call support 24/7/365 for critical issues and 2nd level escalations.

Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed during your interview.

How You’ll Succeed
  1. Strategic Development & Execution: Manage deployment, validation, acceptance, and operation of applications into production. Maintain communication regarding production issues and manage audits and capacity planning.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and performance processes. Create dashboards and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  3. People Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team within the Production Support group.
Who You Are
  • Experience: 10+ years managing Enterprise Tier 1 Critical Applications, with skills in Windows, Unix/Linux, Observability tools, Azure, and quick recovery analysis. Team-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • Leadership: Bold, authentic leader passionate about coaching and developing teams. Embraces change and values collaboration, trust, teamwork, and accountability.
