Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Lakeview Lodge. You will assess resident needs, plan care, administer medications and document accurately, while upholding quality standards and resident dignity.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you’ll lead nursing care activities, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support ongoing education to ensure safe, compassionate services for our seniors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN registration with provincial college (ON/BC/AB).
• Excellent English communication; bilingual considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan resident needs and care.
• Deliver skilled nursing procedures and medication administration.
• Document care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and education to team members.
