YM Inc. is seeking a Director of Logistics to lead transportation strategy for a national retail network, directing outbound and inbound operations, securing optimal routings and carrier rates, and optimizing cost-to-service tradeoffs.

Candidate should have 5+ years of logistics management experience, knowledge of retail operations, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is an in-person role based in Toronto with competitive compensation, performance bonuses, and comprehensive

What Youll Do:

• 5+ yearsys6 managing Logistics
• Knowledge of the retail industry an asset

• Excellent analytical and problem solving

• In depth knowledge in various modes of transportation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with International Customs requirements, tariff codes, FDA product codes
• Team player who works productively with wide range of people
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, and meets all deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
