Placements24 is partnering with a leading non-profit in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA, to appoint a Social Impact Program Director. The role oversees strategic direction, development, and evaluation of all social impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with the mission and community needs.

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and at least 8 years of progressive program leadership experience, with proven budgets, partnerships, and impact measurement capabilities.

Formación

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, International Development, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in program management and leadership within the non-profit or social impact sector.
• Experience in strategic planning, program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and securing funding for social programs.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's social impact programs.
• Develop and implement innovative program strategies aligned with the organization's mission and vision.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and optimal resource utilization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government agencies, partner organizations, and beneficiaries.
• Oversee the design and execution of program monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure impact effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and staff.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth, scalability, and sustainability.
• Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure programs adhere to ethical standards, best practices, and funding requirements.
• Contribute to organizational strategy, policy development, and advocacy efforts related to social impact in Northern Cape, ZA.
