Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market potential.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for business growth.
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts.
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Business Development or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Director of Sales or in a similar sales role, preferably within the hotel industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
