Qualifications

Having recently partnered with TELUS Health, Canada’s largest health tech company, and with more collaborations to be announced, Clinia is looking for an executive to lead and manage our relationships with enterprise partners. The Director of Channel Sales will play a crucial role in ensuring partner satisfaction and mutual success.

Your role

We need a self-directed, relationship-focused leader to oversee our key channel partnership. Working closely with our CEO, GTM, and Account Management teams, you will develop new business opportunities with a major reseller in Canada, serving international clients. Your role involves maintaining and growing the relationship, driving pipeline, uncovering new use cases, and converting opportunities into business. As our product evolves, you will help position it within the channel, adapt strategies, and identify impactful opportunities. This role involves active engagement in sales processes, shaping our joint offerings, and potentially expanding into broader leadership roles.

As The Director of Channel Sales, You Will:

  • Manage and expand our key reseller relationships, acting as a strategic partner
  • Support the full sales cycle, focusing on quality, fit, and long-term value
  • Integrate into the partner’s sales processes, participate in meetings, and align activities
  • Build relationships across all levels of the partner organization
  • Support enablement, co-planning, and remove obstacles to success
  • Collaborate internally on solutions and gather partner feedback
  • Track opportunities and interactions for transparency
  • Assist in deal closing, including negotiations and compliance
  • Stay informed on industry trends affecting our strategy
  • Evaluate and develop new channel opportunities, with potential for leadership roles

Required Skills

  • Experience managing high-value health tech partnerships
  • Strategic business development skills to shape complex opportunities
  • Comfort with evolving products, ambiguity, and iterative solutions
  • Strong sales and account management capabilities
  • Ability to engage with operational and executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiations and presentations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of health tech industry trends and regulations
  • Adaptability to changing client needs and industry dynamics
  • Experience in startup or VC-backed environments is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential
