Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our growing team! The Area Sales Manager will be based in British Columbia, Canada, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, and will work autonomously from their home-based office. Travel within the territory is required. Area Sales Managers receive a competitive compensation and benefit package including performance-based incentives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in medical aesthetic sales with the ability to grow the customer base in their respective territory.

What you will do:
  1. Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.
  2. Implement the company’s sales strategy effectively.
  3. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, conduct cold calling and on-site visits.
  4. Meet sales targets as set through budgets and managerial directives.
  5. Analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities.
  6. Educate customers on product lineup, conduct product demonstrations, and adhere to company protocols.
  7. Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and terms according to company guidelines.
  8. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular visits.
  9. Support installation at customer sites following company standards.
  10. Develop reference sites and support sales activities at events.
  11. Forecast sales and submit reports timely.
  12. Collaborate with internal departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
  13. Maintain CRM data accuracy and attend meetings as required.
  14. Stay informed about products and the competitive landscape.
What you will need:
  1. 3-5 years of sales experience in capital equipment or medical devices, preferably lasers, RF, or minimally invasive technologies.
  2. BA/BS degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  3. Proven success in meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
  4. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is an asset.
  5. Strong team collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Valid driver’s license and vehicle ownership.
  11. Willingness to travel within the territory, North America, and internationally as needed.
