Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.

Job description

ISCO Industries is a global leader in customized piping solutions, specializing in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, fittings and systems for critical infrastructure and industrial applications. Our capabilities extend well beyond product supply and include custom fabrication, design support, estimating and take-offs, in-house CAD drawings, technical support, installation, McElroy fusion equipment sales, rentals and servicing, and certified training.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales, Western Canada to lead regional growth, strengthen key customer relationships and expand ISCO’s presence across Western Canadian markets.

Reporting to the General Manager of Canada, you will develop and execute the regional sales strategy, identify new market opportunities and lead a team of sales professionals to deliver sustainable revenue and market-share growth. You will work closely with operations, engineering and other cross-functional partners to provide customers with practical, technically sound solutions tailored to complex project requirements.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales leader who understands relationship-driven, project-based selling and knows how to turn commercial strategy into measurable results. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgment, a collaborative leadership style and the ability to build credibility with customers, industry partners and internal teams.

Pay Range Based on Experience: $150-200K
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
