Job summary

• Experience in controls reporting, operational risk or governance within financial services.
• Ability to prepare and present materials for senior executives and governance committees.
• Strong communications and data storytelling skills with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of operational risk reporting for Governance & Controls across SBUs.
• Drive process improvement and automation, including dynamic Power BI dashboards.
• Design dashboards and visualization tools to present data clearly for executives.
• Prepare concise materials and presentations for senior leadership and committees.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify risks and reinforce control environment.
