Job summary

You will establish data governance, deliver accurate dashboards, and empower stakeholders with self-service analytics through tools like Power BI or Tableau, while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial institutions with banking operations and regulations.
• Expertise in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Advanced skills in Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboards and reports.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling to engage stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and train users on BI tools.
• Excellent communication and project management to deliver on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management and reporting strategy for CLAO data services.
• Deliver accurate reporting and dashboards; enable self-service analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security; comply with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with IT to resolve data source issues and improve data feeds.
• Provide tools and training for stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making.
