Job description

At Minga, we're building the future of campus management for modern K-12 schools. Our all-in-one platform fosters safe, connected, and engaged learning environments by reimagining how students, teachers, and administrators interact with school systems. We're growing fast, and our team is driven by purpose, innovation, and a deep respect for the educators we serve.

The Role :

We're looking for a Director of Product who can drive strategic product initiatives, lead with customer insight, and help scale our product organization as we continue to expand the business. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear growth path in the business.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday. We operate in a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and two optional days at home (Wednesday and Friday). If you're passionate about driving revenue (not just leads), breaking traditional marketing silos, and proving that growth marketing is more than just attribution models, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  1. Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and the evolving K12 landscape.
  2. Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers and designers.
  3. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences that delight customers and achieve business goals.
  4. Collaborate with executive leadership on company-level priorities, roadmaps, OKRs, and long-term vision.
  5. Establish and champion data-informed decision making by leveraging usage data, user research, and market trends.
  6. Stay deeply informed on compliance, privacy (FERPA / COPPA), funding models, and buyer personas in the K12 ecosystem.
  7. Drive a continuous feedback loop with districts, educators, and internal teams to improve user outcomes.
  8. Help shape the product organization’s culture, processes, and structure as we scale.

Who You Are

  1. 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ in a leadership role.
  2. Proven success building and scaling SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
  3. Deep understanding of K12 education systems, users (educators, admin, IT), and procurement processes or demonstrable experience in adapting to new industries quickly.
  4. Track record of developing and executing strategic product roadmaps with measurable impact.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills—you can rally teams and influence stakeholders of all levels across departments.
  6. Experience hiring, coaching, and developing PMs and cross-functional teams.
  7. Analytical and curious—you combine qualitative insights with data to make smart decisions.
  8. Excited by ambiguity and growth; capable of owning VP-level scope and contributing at the executive level.

The Perks

Enjoy a flexible, hybrid work environment (three days in the office), along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision care. Take advantage of vacation days, holidays, and sick leave. Opportunities for professional development and training are available. Our employees enjoy a laid-back office environment with snacks, and our team-building events, holiday parties, and social gatherings foster a strong community.
