As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Lead Digital Product Owner to drive the vision, development, and launch of premier digital products. You will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions for our clients—ranging from large public organizations to innovative private enterprises and fast-growing startups.

Main Responsibilities in Digital Product Leadership

• Own and define the strategic digital product vision, aligning it with business objectives and client needs
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, lead backlog management, and prioritize features for maximum value
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts to deliver innovative digital products
• Lead Agile/Scrum rituals, ensuring project goals and timelines are met
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and iterate solutions based on user analytics and evolving market needs
• Represent E3 in client meetings and product demos, communicating clearly and professionally
• Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices within the product team
  
  

Digital Product Owner – Experience And Skills

• Minimum 4 years in digital product ownership, business analysis, or digital project management
• Proven experience delivering digital solutions in B2B or B2C environments
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a track record of facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Strong grasp of usability, user-centered design principles, and digital trends
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels (internal and client-facing)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with product management tools, user stories, and requirements documentation
