Spa Operations Manager – Toronto, ON – Up to $100k We’re partnering with a luxury wellness brand launching a new flagship spa in downtown Toronto, and we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the opening leadership team. This person will serve as the right hand to the Site Director, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading five department heads across guest experience, spa services, fitness, wellness, and facilities. Lead and support department managers to ensure high standards of service, performance, and collaboration Manage daily operations with a hands-on approach, addressing issues proactively and implementing improvements Act as a liaison between the on-site team and global operations leadership 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within spa, wellness, fitness, or hospitality operations ~ Experience in luxury hospitality or wellness settings is a strong asset ~ Experienced in managing inventory, vendors, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
