Our client is a PropTech and impact fund company focused on making homeownership more accessible and attainable across Canada. Their platform leverages innovation and social impact to help more Canadians buy homes with lower down payments and no mortgage.

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Operations to lead operational initiatives with a primary focus on PropCo (90%) and supporting OpCo functions (10%). This role will drive process improvements, property transaction onboarding, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with tech and corporate teams.
