The Impact Youll Make

Report directly to the GM to lead the Operations team inclusive of PMs, forepersons, electricians, and support staff to unlock more capacity to deliver projects that meet or exceed financial expectations, meet our internal quality standards, and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run the master project schedule; forecast labour needs 6 + months out.
• Drive KPI dashboards (billed efficiency, WIP, safety, engagement, customer satisfaction) and act on the data.
• Coach project managers to continually higher levels of performance.
• Identify operational staff requirements and hire for those positions.
• Enforce CEC / code compliance and zeroincident safety culture.
• Own Ops budget; approve purchasing and resource allocation.
• Liaise with estimating and finance to keep pipeline and cashflow smooth.

MustHaves

• 10 + yrs construction ops or project leadership (electrical preferred).
• Strong and proven managerial ability (50+ employees are in your department).
• Proven ability to manage employees for measurable results.
• Able to own your KPIs & budget.
• Able to effectively hold employees and colleagues accountable.
• Bachelors in Ops / Business.
