Job summary

IG Wealth Management seeks a Director of Operational Excellence to drive process excellence and business analysis across the mortgage and lending business. You will translate strategic priorities into detailed requirements, operating solutions and sustainable changes to improve efficiency and advisor/client experiences.

You will collaborate with leaders responsible for delivery, governance, and SLAs, providing analysis, testing readiness, and continuous-improvement support across initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Technology, or related; MBA preferred.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, lending, mortgages, or banking.
• 10+ years in operational excellence, business transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
• Expertise in process redesign, business analysis, requirements development, testing, UAT and change management.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, influencing and executive-communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading a team and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reviews, redesigns, workflow optimization and continuous improvement.
• Identify root causes, inefficiencies, gaps and friction affecting stakeholders.
• Develop scalable recommendations to improve service quality and capacity.
• Establish process measures and tracking to demonstrate outcomes.
• Provide automation and AI-enabled tooling guidance for processes.
