Job summary

Richardson Wealth Limited is seeking a Senior Leader Operations to oversee the end-to-end wealth operations, drive transformation, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on simplifying processes, elevating advisor experience, and enabling a digitally driven, scalable operating model across RW + iA Private Wealth.

The position requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong governance, and collaboration with Finance and Compliance to maintain transparent fee and operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, Finance, Operations or related field.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CSC, CIM) are an asset.
• Experience leading regulated wealth management operations is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of core wealth dealer operations and related processes.
• Drive modernization, automation, and process redesign to reduce friction.
• Oversee relationships with custodians and vendors ensuring SLAs and service quality.
• Ensure readiness for system changes, platform enhancements, and new product launches.
• Oversee end-to-end account opening activities and digital onboarding processes.
