Zusammenfassung
Incyte Canada is seeking a senior Medical Affairs leader to drive strategic medical plans and build trusted scientific partnerships across dermatology, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. You will guide evidence generation, support launch readiness, and lead or oversee a Medical Science Liaison team as needed.
The role requires a physician-scientist with 10+ years in medical affairs, deep understanding of Canadian reimbursement, and strong leadership with excellent communication in English
Qualifikationen
- MD, PharmD or PhD in life sciences preferred.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
- Proven leadership and people-management experience.
- Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear priorities and actions.
- French and English fluency strongly preferred.
Aufgaben
- Define and execute strategic medical plans reflecting Canadian clinical needs and opportunities.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical experts to inform priorities.
- Lead and oversee company-sponsored and investigator-sponsored studies.
- Support marketing readiness and cross-functional planning for growth.
- Provide medical leadership for training, education, and value dossiers.
