Organon Canada is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to provide non-promotional scientific information to Scientific Leaders and Key Decision Makers across Western Canada. The role emphasizes ethical engagement, deep disease-area knowledge, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific knowledge across therapeutic areas and ability to translate complex data for non-promotional discussions.
• Ability to engage SLs and KDMs in ethical, non-promotional scientific exchanges.
• Familiarity with medical events, advisory boards and scientific congress activities.
• Understanding of laws, regulations and industry standards governing external scientific engagement.
• Capacity to travel up to 50% of time for regional activity.

Responsibilities

• Engage in non-promotional, peer-to-peer medical/scientific information exchanges with SLs or KDMs, within regulatory limits.
• Gain insights on disease, therapeutic areas, data gaps and local healthcare needs.
• Represent Medical Affairs at regional non-promotional events and assist in pre/post-event information handling.
• Respond to unsolicited information requests using approved scientific materials.
• Guide SLs/KDMs toward appropriate resources for grants and sponsored studies.
• Organize and participate in medical/scientific exchange activities and advisory boards.
• Share publicly available areas of interest with SLs and direct to resources.
