The Director of Finance & Controller is a strategic and operational finance leader responsible for the organization's financial stewardship, accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and internal controls. The incumbent ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial information while supporting organizational decision-making and long-term sustainability.
While reporting administratively to the Vice President, People, Performance & Operations, the Director of Finance & Controller maintains an independent and direct accountability relationship with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors regarding financial reporting, audit outcomes, regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and the overall integrity of the organization's financial statements.
