Truly Green Farms seeks an experienced finance leader to drive strategic financial leadership across the growing organization. The role may be titled Director of Finance or CFO based on fit and experience, with emphasis on advancing the company’s financial strategy beyond traditional accounting.

Key areas include forecasting, budgeting, reporting, risk management, and AI-driven process improvements to support growth and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance teams and strategic financial planning.
• Proven ability to drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Strong financial reporting controls and risk management skills.
• Experience championing AI adoption to improve finance and operations.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership to drive growth.
• Track record in scalable processes in growing organizations.

We’re looking to connect with an experienced finance leader who is ready to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our organization.

We are currently looking for a Director of Finance and/or CFO, with the final title and scope of the position being determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, leadership capabilities, and overall fit with the organization.

This is an opportunity for someone who can go beyond traditional accounting and finance functions and provide strategic financial leadership across the business.

We’re looking for someone who can bring experience in areas such as:

• Financial strategy, planning and forecasting
• Budgeting and financial analysis
• Financial reporting and controls
• Cash flow and working capital management
• Business planning and decision support
• Risk management and compliance
• Process improvement and financial systems
• Championing AI adoption and implementation across the organization, beyond finance, to drive efficiency and better decision‑making
